3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ada77 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held liable for any consequences arising from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to maintain confidentiality.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorization, you must immediately notify ada77 customer support and change your password. ada77 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security.

3.3 Account Verification

ada77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any user at any time. Verification documents may include but are not limited to:

• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, government correspondence) issued within the last three months

4.4 Source of Funds

All funds deposited into your ada77 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. ada77 may request proof of source of funds for large deposits or irregular deposit patterns as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention procedures.

5. Withdrawals & Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal from your ada77 account, you must have completed account verification procedures and met all wagering requirements associated with any active bonuses or promotions. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. ada77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

5.2 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal amount: ৳2,000,000 per transaction. Daily withdrawal limit: ৳5,000,000. Weekly withdrawal limit: ৳15,000,000. ada77 reserves the right to split large withdrawals into multiple installments for security and operational reasons.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to successful completion of all verification and compliance checks. Funds are transferred to your selected payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account) within 1-3 business days depending on the payment provider's processing speed. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification time.

5.4 Withdrawal Fees

ada77 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider or bank may apply transaction fees which are deducted from the withdrawal amount. These third-party fees are beyond ada77's control.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

9. Account Termination & Suspension

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your ada77 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees or pending obligations. Accounts closed due to gambling concerns may be subject to a cooling-off period before reopening is permitted.

9.2 Account Suspension

ada77 reserves the right to suspend accounts temporarily for investigation purposes if suspicious activity is detected, if verification documents are requested but not provided, or if there is reason to believe these Terms & Conditions have been violated. During suspension, you will not be able to place bets, deposit funds, or withdraw funds until the investigation is complete.

9.3 Account Termination by ada77

Upon termination, any remaining account balance may be forfeited if the termination is due to breach of terms or fraudulent activity. If termination is not related to breach or fraud, remaining balances will be returned after deduction of any fees or obligations.

10. Liability & Disputes

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Legal proceedings, if necessary, shall be conducted in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
